PLEASE NOTE THAT THE LIBRARY WILL ONLY HAVE THE FORM 1040, FORM 1040-SR, AND 1040 INSTRUCTIONS. We will not be receiving any other federal forms.

• Print additional forms at the Express Stations for free (black and white only). We are unable to print forms like the 1099-MISC that are marked on the IRS website as Info Copy Only.

Free tax preparation services are available on Saturdays and select Sundays by appointment beginning on Saturday, February 11 through April 15.  Schedule an In-person appointment at College of DuPage (Glen Ellyn) or community locations online.
