Meeting Room Overview: The Bloomingdale Public Library serves a population of over 22,000 residents. We have three meeting rooms with a room capacity ranging from 30-120 people.

Program Requirements: Programs must be free and open to the public. Our library policy dictates that all programs are for educational, informational, and entertainment purposes only.

Program Scheduling: Library programs are booked a minimum of 3 months ahead of time. The library typically hosts adult programs on Monday and Tuesday evenings from 7-8 p.m. Teen programs typically run on Wednesday and Thursday nights. If your program doesn't fit these times, we may be able to adjust the schedule to accommodate your program.

Available Equipment: Podium, laptop, overhead projector, overhead audio system, and microphones

Proposal Review: Proposals will be routed to the appropriate department. Due to the high volume of proposals we receive, library staff will only respond to the program proposals that meet our guidelines, needs, schedule, and budget.
